I've been exactly where you are. I know the struggle of losing and gaining the same weight over and over again; feeling like you're doing all the right things but can't seem to lose the weight and keep it off. I remember eating clean, and doing crossfit 6x/week, constantly taking one step forward and 2 steps back in my health journey. In 2019, I finally decided that what I was doing wasn't working.
